We drove over to Mt. Sterling this evening to see the Montgomery County Fair. We chose this night because they were having the lamb show. The lambs in the show were around 6 months old. We stayed for the handler competition but left before the confirmation trials. Not that we didn't want to see but it was getting late and the bleachers were not comfortable.

Wow!!! I have never been to a sheep show. I guess it would be pretty cool.
.....you went to a Sheep show.
Cute little lambs -- are you going to buy some for the girls to herd?
We would like to get some eventually. I think Satin would be good at herding because she has the speed and stamina. Paige WOULD be perfect for it because she's lean and fast. But the way Paige is, she would take her sheep over in the corner of the pasture and keep them there. All to herself. That's what she does with her other toys.
A Sheep Show, huh?! Who knew?! I was browsing on craigslist earlier (thanks to that link you sent me) and I found a Guard Llama for sale. No kidding. I was thinking he would look really good in my front yard here in Hattiesburg. What do you think?
Llama, I don't what to know. If Aunt Lisa wants some sheep ask Heather for som from the barn. Haved fun at less?
