It was a little warm here today. But at least it was a dry heat. It was too hot to do much outside. Even the girls didn't want to stay out very long. We went into Winchester this afternoon and got the tags for the Kia. We have to wait for the bank to send a copy of the title for us to get the tags for the van. In KY the bank doesn't actually hold the physical title like it does in Florida.
The garden doesn't seem to mind the heat. I swear those things are growing before our eyes. And I know that tomato is redder today than yesterday.
My UPS went out this afternoon at around 3:30. It just started screeching then the red "replace battery" light came on after shutting down my computer. I looked online and the replacement battery was around $80 plus shipping and waiting. Office Depot had the APC WS900 for $129 so I got it. The old one was a 750 so this should be better. More is better, right?

nay they tend to like it.
new plates, new plates, you got new plates. i hope you did not remember the old ones off the top of your head
Kentucky plates on the car... I guess that makes you pretty official, huh?! The weather here has been unbelievably hot as well. Unfortunately, we have the humidity to go with it. My garden looks terrible. The green beans are drying up and shriveling before they even get big enough to pick. I think for the first time in my adult life, I am looking forward to fall..
It sounds like you are in Arizona and not Kentucky. Although, our humidity is the same right now as yours (around 40%) due to daily thunderstorms. Our normal humidity is about 15% - so 40% is really high for us.
